- 4 Tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed (not minced, but crushed)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A baguette to place the brushetta on at the end

- In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator (ideally overnight) before serving.
